What is the return policy?

If you're dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason (except for shipping damage (see shipping damage info), you can return it directly to the manufacturer (with original tags and packaging) within 30 days for exchange or credit. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, unconditionally. Please contact us before returning any product.
Why did my order come in several boxes and at different times?

What if the product is damaged when I receive it?

Inspect your package(s) immediately upon receipt!!! If damage occurs during shipping of any product to you, refuse delivery or call immediately, or you may lose your rights. The delivery company is responsible for delivering your product intact, but they must be promptly made aware of any damage caused during shipping. We do insure shipments with the delivery company to cover replacement of damaged product.
What kind of Warranty does my product have?

The manufacturers of the products we carry warrant the products under normal, non-commercial usage for a period of 90 days to two (2) years from the date of purchase, depending on the manufacturer and the product. Warranty is made to the original purchaser only. Manufacturers require proof of purchase for all warranty claims. If a warranty card is included with any product, please review the Warranty information before using the product. Any such warranty card is generally the prevailing warranty for the product.
When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 3 days of ordering except for custom orders such as the SternPerch Seats. Delivery times may vary, but most items will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
